Your right to withdraw (14-day cooling-off period)

If you are a consumer purchasing from Fluff & Care within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you named, other than the carrier) received the goods — or, in the case of an order with multiple items delivered separately, from the day you received the last item.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires by a clear statement — for example, by email. You do not need to use a specific form, though a model form is provided below for your convenience.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

If you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option we offer, we will only reimburse the cost of standard delivery, not the additional cost of the faster or premium option.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You must send back the item without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please contact us at info@fluffandcare.com for return instructions before sending anything back.

Damaged, faulty, or undelivered items

Separately from the 14-day withdrawal right above, if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or does not arrive at all, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under standard EU consumer guarantee rules. Please contact us at info@fluffandcare.com with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the item, and we will resolve this at no cost to you.

Exceptions

At this time, no products sold by Fluff & Care are exempt from the right of withdrawal. If this changes (for example, for personalized or hygiene-sealed items), it will be stated clearly on the relevant product page before purchase.
