At Fluff & Care, every order is carefully processed and shipped through our trusted fulfillment partner.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

During busy periods, holidays, or high-demand times, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 10–15 business days after processing, depending on your location, local carriers, and customs.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow your package.

Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after your order has been shipped.

Multiple Items

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when products are shipped from different fulfillment locations.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Fluff & Care is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Delays

We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur due to customs, local carriers, holidays, or high shipping volume.

If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us with your order number and we’ll be happy to look into it.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

We will review the situation and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
